Beverly Carlton

Beverly Carlton, age 85, passed away peacefully after a short illness surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Winchester, Indiana and was a graduate of Wilkinson High School. Beverly retired from Lucent Technologies and was the former owner of CC’s Pizza, in Wilkinson. Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Esther Johns Winn, two brothers, Buddy and Paul Winn, sister, Martha Virginia and son-in-law Roger Rigney. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Robert, her daughter, Sherry Rigney, and son Jim (Jenny) Carlton, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held November 5, 2012 from 4-8pm at the Liming Family Funeral Home in Shirley. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on November 6, 2012 with burial to follow at McCray Cemetery. Gary Sickle officiating.   Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
