Indie Wall of Arlington, Indiana, the 18-year-old sweet Peek-A-Pom girl of the Wall family, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
Indie was born Saturday, December 29, 2007, in Sunman, Indiana. Summer described Indie’s personality as “full of life” and said that she “had a zest for food.”
Summer shared that what she loved the most about Indie was “her lovable personality.”
According to Summer, her favorite memory of Indie that she loved was “when she would stand on her back legs to gobble up her treat.”
Summer relayed that Indie's favorite “treat” was bacon. She absolutely loved bacon.
Indie, like most girls, loved being pampered and groomed. She enjoyed being with her family and loved going on car rides with them. She would jump from the back seat to the front seat with excitement.
Indie was laid-back and wasn’t a picky girl about her toys; she didn’t really have any particularly favorite toys she played with.
Summer jokingly shared that she felt what Indie valued the most in her life, first of all, was her “food,” but she also loved her family.
Although Indie, who went by the nicknames of “Indie boo,” “Boo berry,” and “Straight gut,” loved her entire family, she was incredibly close to her grandpa, “Paps”; he was her favorite person. Summer shared She got her nickname of “straight gut” from her paps because he would give her food, and he said she never tasted any food that he gave her; he always said she would just swallow it.
Indie was such a beloved part of the Wall family. So many wonderful memories were made in the eighteen years they were able to spend with their sweet girl.
Indie will never be forgotten and will always remain in her family’s hearts.
In addition to Summer, mourning the loss are human family members: sister Gracie, grandmother Grammie Melissa, fur sister BB, and feline family members: mother Lucy, brother Teddy, and cousin Lex. Indie is preceded in death by her beloved paps, who she surely ran across the Rainbow Bridge to greet once again.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Always & Furever In Our Hearts Pet Cremation in association with Liming Family Funeral Home, located in Shirley, Indiana. We are honored to serve the family of Indie Wall.
