Janet Faye (Bertram) Maxwell

Janet Faye (Bertram) Maxwell passed away on April 3, 2017 in Waukegan, Illinois at Vista Medical Center. She was 51 years old. She is proceeded in death by her father, Hobert Bertram. She is survived by her mother Lena Mae Bertram, of Greenfield, her son, Mathew Maxwell of Greenfield.  She is also survived by her brother, Bill (Donna) Bertram of Shirley and sister, Wanda Bertram of Greenfield, nephews Jonathon Bertram of Greenfield and Michael and Aaron Bertram of Shirley. Cremation has been accorded and no services are planned at this time.
