Link Torrence, beloved boxer and sweet boy of Corbin Torrence and Chelsey Garrett of Spiceland, Indiana, passed over the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at home. Link was born on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Link brought so much happiness and joy to his new family. Corbin stressed what he loved most about Link was his personality and described it as “hyper and goofy.”
Corbin shared his favorite memory of Link: “The way he looked eating his birthday cheeseburgers. It always made me laugh.
Link was a lover of the great outdoors. He really didn’t like car rides—he didn’t care for being cooped up in the car but loved spending time outdoors. As long as he was outside and with his family, he was happy.
Link loved to play with his bouncy balls.
Link did not like baths, but he enjoyed being brushed.
Besides cheeseburgers, Link also enjoyed jerky and pig ears as favorite treats.
Link’s family also referred to their sweet boy as “Stinker” because “he could clear the room sometimes.”
What Link’s family felt he valued most in life was his treats and running around outside.
Link loved everyone but had a special relationship with his daddy, Corbin, and his grandpa; he had a close bond with both men.
His family shared, “He was gentle and curious and such a good boy when he got to meet his human baby brother for the first time. He was such a loving dog.”
Life with Link was richer, happier, and certainly more blessed. Link will be forever loved and missed; his sweet memory will last forever in his family’s hearts.
In addition to Corbin and Chelsey, mourning the loss of Link are his human family members, sibling Harrison Torrence, grandparents Larry and Reva Torrence, and fur sibling, doggy brother Cheddar.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Always & Furever In Our Hearts Pet Cremation in association with Liming Family Funeral Home, located in Shirley, Indiana. We are honored to serve the family of Link Torrence.
