Molly Anne Young of Fountaintown, Indiana, a sweet six-year-old Golden Retriever girl of Tony and Mallory Young, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Molly was born in Seymour, Indiana, in the month of April of 2019. She was officially brought to her new home to join the Young family on July 4th of 2019. Her family described Molly’s personality as “sweet, loving, silly, and needy In the best way.”
The one thing Molly’s family loved the most about her was how sweet she was. According to Mallory, “She was always ready for lovins.”
Molly left behind just so many sweet memories it was hard for her family to narrow down which memory was their favorite, but they lovingly recalled one of her favorite activities was chasing the butterflies through the yard every year.
Mallory shared, “She was pretty much house trained in two days after coming home. She loved to be outside rolling around in the grass. She would try and take a toy out with her a lot. She would get excited after she ate and run into the living room. You could hear her rolling around and sneezing.”
Mallory shared that Molly loved eating green beans as a treat, and Turkey was also a favorite of hers. One thing that Molly didn’t care for was going on car rides. She did, however, like having her fur brushed. Molly had a few favorite toys. Mallory recalled, “She would always greet you with a toy when you came in the door. She liked the soft fluffy ones!”
Molly’s nicknames were "Molly Squally," "Moll Moll," "Sweet Molly," and "Her Sweet."
Molly’s very favorite thing on this earth was her family; it is what she valued the most.
Molly and her sweet, loving spirit will always be remembered.
In addition to Mallory and Tony, Molly is survived by her human siblings, sister Adalyn and brother Silas, and fur brother, boxer, Mongo. Molly was met crossing the Rainbow Bridge by her feline siblings, Pearl and Louie, who both passed last year, and Moe, her dog brother, who passed in April 2019.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Always & Furever In Our Hearts Pet Cremation in association with Liming Family Funeral Home, located in Shirley, Indiana.
