Six Levine

Six Levine, age 4 years and 11 months, of Anderson, Indiana, the handsome black and white fur baby of Elijah Levine and Crystal Levine, passed over the Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Six was born on Saturday, February 22nd, of 2020, in Westminster, California, and at about two months old, became a part of the Levine family. Elijah shared how this smart little kitten was determined to become a part of his world, relaying, “When he was barely two months, he walked up to me and tapped me to hold him.” From that day forward, he loved Elijah, and Elijah was his person. 

Six had such a personality; if black belts could be given to cats, Six would have earned his long ago. According to his family, “Six was a fighter; he was our little martial artist.” 

Six wasn’t just a fighter; he was a lover too. His family relayed how Six was a nurturer; he cared for his brother and sisters. Six was also incredibly playful. Although Six would claim every new toy as his own, his favorite toy was his orange and green rag bone rope. Elijah shared one of his favorite memories of his time with Six, which was when they would play tug-of-war together with his favorite toy. Six traveled with his family and probably traveled across more states than most people. Six traveled with his family from California and Nevada, then drove cross-country, ending up in Indiana. Elijah said Six wasn’t much of a fan of riding in the car. According to Elijah, “The move here to Indiana from Las Vegas was not fun for him.” Once Six was settled into his Indiana home, he returned to his playful, loving, and curious self. His favorite activities were playing with his fur siblings, enjoying his food, and nibbling on his treats of shredded chicken and beef. What Six, who was also known by his family as “Tyson,” “Little Ip Man,” and “Wixie,” loved the most was Elijah. Six “paw selected” Elijah to be his person and gave him unconditional love. Elijah and Six’s human grandmother, Crystal, are absolutely heartbroken by the loss of their sweet boy.
