Xian Xian Henderson

Xian Xian Henderson, of New Castle, Indiana, the handsome boy of Lee Henderson, passed over the Rainbow Bridge unexpectedly on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Xian Xian was born on Friday, June 10, 2022 after a family member’s farm cat gave birth to a litter of kittens. 

Luckily, little Xian Xian found a home with Lee and her family. Xian Xian was a loving little one. His family described Xian Xian’s personality as “Persistent and stupid, in a very cute way though”

When he first arrived at his new home  as a kitten, he was constantly drawn to his older cat sibling, Katsumi, running up to him and following him, Katsumi wasn’t so fond of the new little addition to the family. 

Xian Xian enjoyed food; He wasn’t particular about what type of food or treats, if it was food he liked it. Lee shared a funny memory of Xian Xian that his favorite hobby was “Stealing food from our other cats, namely Katsumi”

According to Lee, Xian Xian  absolutely did not like any type of grooming. According to Lee He would cry like he was being dismembered when she would clip his nails.

Xian Xian’s favorite activity was giving love and affection and getting love and affection. Even when his family was busy heading to work or doing chores and were not able to give him the full attention he felt like he deserved he still tried his best to get them to stop and give him pets and spend time with him. What Xian Xian loved the most in his life was Lee. His favorite place to be was wherever Lee was. Even Xian Xian was only on this earth for a short time, he was loved so very much and will be missed.

In addition to human mom Lee, Xian Xian will be sadly missed by his fur mama, Umi, fur siblings, Nightmare and Katsumi. Arrangements have been entrusted to Always & Furever in Our Hearts Pet Cremation in association with Liming Family Funeral Home, located in Shirley, Indiana.
